ATCRJESDM Job Model Explanation

ATCRJESDM Job Model Explanation

1. Assignment and Task

Assignment is given to people to prove themselves in their job. This is called an assignment. Tasks are the actual work that people perform, and through these tasks, they gain experience.

2. Sale Formation

Sale formation is a new concept where Project Managers, CTOs, and CEOs have the ability to create a "sale" (a project or business unit). They hire and pay "jockeys" (job jockeys) who help them complete the sale. This sale is important for job growth and project success.

3. Recession Insurance

This insurance is designed for high-level roles such as Project Manager, CEO, and CTO. If they lose their job due to recession or other reasons, this insurance helps them financially and helps them find a new position quickly.

4. Job Jockeys

There are two types of job jockeys:

  • Assignment Jockey
  • Training Jockey

These jockeys are hired by Project Managers, CTOs, and CEOs to assist with assignments and training tasks.

5. Embo and Growth

Embo is a group of small companies financed by cement companies. These companies collaborate to provide employment and grow the workforce. Embo is essential for project delivery and market IPOs.

6. Company Delivery and Market IPOs

Embo delivers projects that perform well in the market and leads to IPOs (Initial Public Offerings). This helps employees become financially independent and creates successful startups.

7. Job Roles and Structure

The model includes various roles:

  • Owner/MD
  • CEO, CTO
  • Financial Manager, HR Manager
  • Project Manager
  • Junior Engineer, Engineer, Senior Engineer
  • Team Lead

8. Exam and Promotion Criteria

To be eligible for a job or promotion, employees must clear exams within a specified time:

  • Junior Engineer, Engineer, Senior Engineer, Team Lead: 7 days per exam, 3 exams to clear
  • Project Manager: 1 month per exam, 3 exams
  • CEO and CTO: 3 months per exam, 3 exams

After passing the exams, employees get promoted from Junior Engineer up to CEO.

9. Task Time Limits

  • Junior Engineer: Complete tasks within 1 day
  • Engineer: Complete tasks within 7 days
  • Senior Engineer: Works on 1-2 week sprints
  • Team Lead: 2 sprints
  • Project Manager: 3 sprints
  • CEO: 1 year for complicated tasks

10. Jockey Concept

Jockeys are given jobs by Project Managers, CEOs, or CTOs. They get paid by the sale owner. Team Leads do not manage multiple projects, but Project Managers can handle several simultaneously, each with their own jockeys.

11. Insurance and Job Security

If a Project Manager or high-level role fails in tasks or assignments, they can rely on insurance. This insurance helps them move to another embo (group/company) without financial loss.

12. Embo's Role

Embo is the core unit where CTOs, CEOs, Project Managers, and Team Leads collaborate. It is financed by companies and is responsible for delivering projects and growing startups that can become unicorns.

13. Financial Freedom and Royalties

All members involved in Embo receive royalties from successful projects, providing them financial independence.

Conclusion

This model is designed to build talent through continuous learning and tasks, provide job security via insurance, and create financial freedom through shared success in the market. It’s a revolutionary approach to workforce management and company growth.
